另外，上海市经信委总工程师葛东波在与会时透露，上海正加强包括区块链在内的前沿领域和未来产业布局，聚焦关键底层技术攻关，推进专用芯片、智能合约、分布式存储、异构跨链等前沿领域的自主技术布局，同时打造一批重大应用场景，积极参与区块链领域相关国内外标准制定，前瞻探索Web3相关创新试点。
