据了解，区块链信息服务并非传播区块链信息的媒体。早在2018年10月19日，国家互联网信息办公室（下称“国家网信办”）发布了《区块链信息服务管理规定（征求意见稿）》，向社会公开征求意见。《征求意见稿》共23条，内容可分为明确定义、鉴证要求、责任义务、违规处罚四个大类。

据了解，本次国家互联网信息办公室（下简称“网信办”）公开发布第一批境内区块链信息服务名称及备案编号共197个，包括百度、腾讯、京东、蚂蚁金服等企业均在列。

此次获得备案的197个区块链信息服务主要来自18个省份，其中北京、广东、浙江、上海、江苏位列前五，备案数量分别为63、47、24、19、12。重庆共有4家公司获备案号。
