5月6日,首屆「深圳標準化活動周」最後一場系列活動——「生命科技產業集群標準體系建設研討會專場暨粵港澳大灣區標準創新聯盟生命和生物技術委員會(以下簡稱「委員會」)啟動會」圓滿結束。會議宣讀委員會章程審議並發佈首屆委員會委員名單,加速推進3項灣區團體標準發佈,以科技創新提升標準水平,引領行業高質量發展。
On May 6th, the first of the final series of events of the Shenzhen Week of Standards Campaigns, the "Life Technology Industry Cluster Models" and the New Alliance Committee on Life and Biotech (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") of the Hong Kong Bay Council for the Development of Life and Biotechnologies, concluded its full session. The Council Review of the Constitution of the Committee and the launch of the Committee's list of members for the first session of the Committee, accelerated the launch of the three Gulf Group Standards to upgrade the standards and lead to high-quality industry development through technological innovation.

史詩禎處長在致辭中指出,生物經濟一直是國家重點關注的行業之一,2022年5月,國家發改委印發《「十四五」生物經濟發展規劃》,明確生物經濟發展的具體任務,強調要着力做大做強生物經濟,到2025年生物經濟將成為推動高質量發展的強勁動力。深圳作為粵港澳大灣區核心城市、中國特色社會主義先行示範區和實施綜合改革試點等國家戰略交匯地,要在貫徹新發展理念、構建新發展格局和推動高質量發展上走在前列、勇當尖兵。希望深圳以這次啟動會為契機,推動灣區生命和生物技術標準化體系建設和落實,加強標準與科技創新的互動發展,助力對外開放,促進灣區生命健康領域創新模式發展。
In his speech, the head of the epicenter stated that the bio-economy has been one of the country’s top priorities, and that in May 2022, the National Development Commission published the 14th Five-Year Bio-Economic Development Plan, specifically aimed at strengthening the bio-economy, and that by 2025 the bio-economy will be a powerful force for high-quality development. It is to be hoped that Shenzhen, as the core city of Hong Kong, China’s niche socialism pilot area, and a new interface with science and technology, will be the driving force behind and lead to the emergence of a new life-saving model in the Gulf.
會上,粵港澳大灣區標準創新聯盟介紹了粵港澳大灣區標準創新聯盟工作情況。粵港澳大灣區標準創新聯盟旨在打造開放、透明、公平,共享、共有、共為的標準化活動平台,聯合開展國際標準和大灣區團體標準研製,促進粵港澳三地標準互聯互通,以標準創新驅動粵港澳大灣區高質量發展。
At the conference, the Hong Kong and Australasia region benchmarked the work of the Australasia and the Australasia coalition. The Hong Kong and Australasia benchmark set up the Australasia coalition to create a platform for open, transparent, fair, shared, common and common standards activities, and to launch an international and a Gulf group standard development campaign to promote the Hong Kong and Australasia benchmark network, thereby standardizing the development of high quality development in the Australasia region.
會議聽取了已立項的2項灣區團體標準《遠程超聲機械人通用技術條件》《區塊鏈 基因數據應用審計實施規範》的標準研製彙報。通過本次會議的充分研討,標準起草組會積極結合與會專家意見,推動2項已立項標準的編製起草,形成徵求意見稿,廣泛徵集相關領域人員意見,加快2項標準的發佈進程。
Two established Gulf group standards, the General Technical Conditions for Remote Ultrasound Mechanics, have been taken into account. Through the full study of the conference, the standard drafting group has been able to form a consensus on the drafting of two standards, develop a consultation paper, promote a broad collection of relevant domain personnel, and speed up the dissemination of the two standards.
據了解,團體標準《遠程超聲機械人通用技術條件》旨在規範遠程超聲機械人通用技術條件,統一產品性能及安全標準,填補遠程超聲機械人領域標準的空白。對提升基層醫療診療水平、促進優質醫療資源下沉及共享等重大民生問題具有重要意義。團體標準《區塊鏈 基因數據應用審計實施規範》的制定將更加有效地促進基於標準數據庫的精準醫學創新,為基因數據的安全應用、高效審計等方面提供高質量且低成本的審計創新範式。
It is understood that group standards, the General Technical Conditions for Remote Ultrasound Mechanics, are designed to regulate generic technical requirements for remote ultrasound robotics, to bring together product performance and safety standards, and to fill gaps in standards for remote ultrasound machines. They are important for raising the standard of medical care at the ground level, promoting the sinking and sharing of quality medical resources. The development of group criteria, the District Chain Genetic Data Application Standard, will contribute more effectively to standard medical innovation based on a standard database, providing high-quality and low-cost diagnostic models for the safe use of genetic data, efficient testing, etc.
同時,本次會議對深圳市疾病預防控制中心提出的團體標準《基於高通量測序技術的污水來源SARS-CoV-2病毒變異監測技術規程》進行了預研討論。深圳市疾病預防控制中心實驗室相關負責人對制定該標準的目的、意義、範圍、主要技術內容和前景等方面做了詳細介紹,與會委員一致認為該項標準具備立項的條件,後續計劃在委員會立項。
At the same time, a preliminary discussion took place on the group criteria proposed by the Shenzhen Center for Disease Prevention and Control, SARS-CoV-2, a source of sewage based on high-transit sequenced techniques. The purpose, significance, scope, main technical content and prospects of the criteria were described in detail by the person in charge of the laboratory of the Shenzhen Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, and agreed with the Committee on the terms under which the standard would be set up.
此外,會議還邀請了來自中科院香港創新研究院人工智能與機械人創新中心、中科院自動化研究所智能微創醫療技術實驗室、深圳市藥品檢驗研究院(深圳市醫療器械檢測中心)、北京市醫療器械檢驗研究院、澳門城市大學數據科學學院、澳門科技大學大規模流行病智能預測預警系統研究中心、深圳市易瑞生物技術股份有限公司、深圳致星科技有限公司等專家嘉賓,分別從人工智能、醫療器械、數據科學、疾病預測、隱私計算等不同角度分享了標準在各自工作中發揮的重要作用及對標準化的思考。
In addition, the conference invited panellists from the Center for Artificial Intelligent and Mechanical Creativity of the Hong Kong Innovation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Intelligent Micromedical Laboratory of the China Institute of Automotive Studies, the Shenzhen City Institute of Pharmacology (Hin Shenzhen City Medical Devices Centre), the Beijing City Institute of Medical Devices Testing, the University of Macao University of Digital Sciences, the Open University of Technology's Large-Specific Predicted Epidemiological Warning System Research Centre, the Shenzhen City Irre Biotech Inc., and the Shenzhen Shenzhen University of Technology Ltd., to share the important role of standards in their respective work and their reflections on standardization, from different perspectives, such as artificial intelligence, medical devices, data sciences, disease predictions, and privacy calculations.
