usdt也就是泰达币，是一种将加密货币与法定货币美元挂钩的虚拟货币，是一种保存在外汇储备账户、获得法定货币支持的虚拟货币。每一枚泰达币都会象征性的与政府支持的法定货币关联。

早在泰达币2015年就已上线交易，但因国内交易所引入较晚，所以很多投资者对其并不是很了解。USDT公司称投资者可以通过SWIFT电汇美元至Tether公司的银行帐户，或通过交易所换取USDT。

USDT繁荣的背后也有潜在风险，首先USDT和美元挂钩，但是Tether公司无法提供相对应银行账户的担保。此外UDST赎回美元时非常非常困难。最重要的是USDT发行方Tether公司在用户条款中表面，免除公司在任何条件下(包括公司倒闭清算时)兑付法币的责任。
There are also potential risks behind the USDT boom, starting with the USDT pegged to the United States dollar, but Tether is unable to provide security relative to the bank account. Moreover, it is very difficult for UDST to redeem the dollar.
