1月29日，中央网络安全和信息化委员会办公室“2023年区块链创新应用案例”征集评选结果正式发布。在本次遴选出的案例中，“粤澳跨境数据验证平台”“广州市黄埔区企业链上服务平台”“区域股权综合金融服务平台助力四板业务高质量发展”“生态环境数据区块链固证平台”等多个基于微众银行牵头研发的FISCO BCOS开源区块链底层平台搭建的项目，被分别纳入社会治理、金融科技等领域的典型案例。
On 29 January, the Office of the Central Committee for Cybersecurity and Informatization launched the results of the competition for the "Innovative Applications of Block Chains in 2023". In this selection, several projects based on microbank-led research and development, such as FISCO , “The Transfrontier Data Validation Platform” (BCOS) and the “Services on Business Chains in Huang Po District, Guangzhou City” and “The Regional Equity Integrated Financial Services Platform (FIFSP) have contributed to high-quality business development” and FISCO , respectively, have been incorporated into typical cases in the areas of social governance, financial science and technology.
该案例集由中央网信办信息化发展局指导，由中央网信办数据与技术保障中心开展征集，旨在推进国家区块链创新应用试点工作，总结推广我国区块链技术与产业融合创新的优秀经验做法，促进区块链技术和经济社会发展的深度融合。

区块链技术及标杆应用再获权威认可，渐成业界事实标准

入选的“粤澳跨境数据验证平台”是粤港澳大湾区首个跨境数据验证平台，由横琴粤澳深度合作区金融发展局、澳门科学技术发展基金协调和推动，微众银行作为平台区块链技术支持方联合珠海华发金融科技研究院有限公司等单位共同研究打造。平台凭借区块链不可篡改且可追溯的技术优势，结合微众银行提出的DDTP分布式数据传输协议实现用户自主跨境携带资料的可信验证。自2022年4月至今，已陆续有工商银行、建设银行、中国银行、厦门国际银行等8家银行在该平台上成功落地4个业务场景，相关业务办理时间由过去3-5天缩减为5分钟。
The selected “Platform for Transfrontier Data Validation” is the first cross-border data validation platform in the Australasia Bay region in Hong Kong, coordinated and facilitated by the Financial Development Authority of the Australasia-Technology Cooperation Area in Yokohama, and the Macao Science and Technology Development Fund. Microbanks, as technical support providers of the Platform’s block chain, have been working together to develop the platform’s joint venture, the United Chuhuahua Development Institute for Financial Science and Technology, Ltd. The platform, based on the incontrovertible and traceable technical advantages of the block chain, has achieved credible verification of the user’s ownership of cross-border information in the context of the DDTP distributed data transfer protocol proposed by the microbanks. Since April 2022, eight banks, such as the Business and Industry Bank, the Construction Bank of China, the Xiamen International Bank, have successfully landed on the platform, with a five-minute cut in time from the last three to five days.
