北京商报记者梳理发现，2022年比特币交易价格持续下行，一度跌破2万美元关口，全年以超过65%的跌幅在全球大类资产中排名倒数第一。而进入2023年后，比特币涨幅迅猛，Wind数据显示，比特币2023年迄今涨幅已达46%，在全球大类资产中排名第一。

谈及比特币呈现这一走势的原因，浙江大学国际联合商学院数字经济与金融创新研究中心联席主任、研究员盘和林表示，影响加密货币交易价格走势的因素有很多，其中美元的强弱是关键因素之一。从短期消息面来看，2023年以来美联储加息趋缓，2月14日美国通胀数据出炉，美国1月末季调CPI同比升6.4%，为连续第7个月回落，投资者对于美联储能平缓抑制通胀的情绪偏向乐观，包括加密货币在内的金融市场有所回暖。

对于个人用户参与炒币的情况，盘和林强调，炒作加密货币的风险是多方面的，加密货币本身不存在信用保证，不管是做多还是做空都有可能造成资产损失。同时，国内监管全面禁止后，炒币属于非法金融活动，建议投资人远离这一投机活动。
