10月31日将会是中国比特币交易所停止交易的最终时限，接下来这些比特币交易所将何去何从也颇受关注。

10月30日下午，中国最大的两家比特币交易所OKCoin币行和火币网同时公告称，将国内业务就地转化为区块链技术应用和开发公司，同时也不放弃比特币交易业务，即将进军海外市场。此外，在场内交易被监管要求下线后，两家公司都开始涉足比特币场外交易。

On the afternoon of 30 October, China’s two largest Bitcoin exchanges, the OkCoin Bank and the Signal Network, announced that they were off-site converting domestic operations into block-chain technology applications and development companies, and that they were about to enter the foreign market without abandoning the Bitcoin trade. Moreover, both companies began to engage in Bitcoin out-of-the-field transactions after the internal transactions had been regulated.

如果说比特币交易所内的买卖叫做场内交易的话，那么在交易所之外点对点的比特币交易，就是场外交易。场外交易双方私下定价，成交价并不透明，具有一定的风险，但也是场内交易叫停之后的一种替代品。

If the sale at the Bitcoin exchange is called an in-house transaction, the bitcoin transaction at the point outside the exchange is an out-of-the-street transaction. The parties to the off-site transaction priced privately, the transaction was not transparent and there were certain risks, but it was also a substitute after the in-office transaction stopped.

2017年9月4日，中国人民银行等七部委发布了《关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》，要求中国境内融资代币和虚拟货币的交易做出全面清理整顿工作。2017年9月15日，北京的两家比特币交易所OKCoin币行和火币网正式接到监管部门的通知和指导，并在当天暂停了注册、人民币充值业务。

On 4 September 2017, seven ministries and departments, including the People’s Bank of China, issued a bulletin on the prevention of the risk of financing the issuance of tokens, requesting that transactions involving the financing of tokens and virtual currencies in China should be fully cleaned up. On 15 September 2017, two Bitcoin exchanges in Beijing received official notification and guidance from the regulatory authorities, and on that day suspended the registration and collection of the renminbi.

两家公司都定于10月底停止人民币和数字货币兑换，转眼场内交易大限已至。

Both companies are scheduled to stop the exchange of the renminbi and the digital currency by the end of October, and there is a significant limit on transactions in the turn-of-the-spot.

OKCoin币行：已拿到多国交易牌照

OKCoin: multi-country trading license

OKCoin币行表示，从10月31日24时起，OKCoin币行将停止人民币和比特币交易，用户可以随时提现人民币至自己的银行卡；对于数字资产，用户也可以提现到其他平台或钱包。

/div>OKCoin indicated that from 2400 hours on 31 October, the KPK and Bitcoin lines would cease trading, and users could at any time raise the RMB to their bank cards; in the case of digital assets, users could also refer to other platforms or wallets.

但是OKCoin并没有完全从比特币交易中抽身而退，公告显示：“我们通过投资、合作等方式拿到了世界多国数字资产交易的牌照，将进军海外市场，OKCoin.com及合作方OKEx.com所有的海外业务都有当地的公司和团队负责经营。”

But OKCoin did not withdraw completely from the Bitcoin deal, and the announcement states: “We have obtained, through investment, cooperation etc., license plates for the world's multinational digital asset transactions, and will go to the overseas market, and all overseas operations of OKCoin.com and the partner OKEx.com are run by local companies and teams.”

根据澎湃新闻不完全了解，目前对比特币下发牌照的国家有美国、韩国和日本。其中，取代中国成为比特币第一交易大国的日本是最近才开始下发牌照。根据美国《华尔街日报》9月29日报道，包括BitFlyer在内的11家数字货币交易所获得日本金融厅（FSA）颁发的首批数字货币交易所运营许可，另外17家数字货币运营商则正在接受审核。

Among them, Japan, which replaced China as the first trading country in Bitcoin, has only recently begun to issue licences. 登录OKEx可以看到，这家公司的运营地址在香港铜锣湾，目前已获得策源创投、曼图资本、创业工场、Tim Draper、蔡文胜、蒋涛等风险投资基金和个人1000万美金的A轮投资。这个网站目前支持数字资产交易、多币种交易、杠杆交易和套期保值。

The site currently supports digital asset trading, multi-currency trading, leverage trading, and hedging.

一位熟悉OKEx的人士对澎湃新闻表示，OKEx目前也做人民币场外交易。

A person familiar with OKEx said to the news that OKEx is also currently trading off RMB.

OKCoin方面对澎湃新闻坚称，与OKEx是合作关系，是不同运营公司负责运营的独立主体，没有从属关系。

For its part, OKCoin maintained that it was a cooperative relationship with OKEx and an independent subject of the operations of the different operating companies, with no affiliation.
