去年大火的元宇宙概念，在今年的降温肉眼可见，“元宇宙第一股” Roblox在今年5月公布财报后，由于业绩不达预期，股价即下跌接近10%，如今距离历史高点已跌去将近60%。
The meta-cosm concept of last year's fire, as can be seen from this year's warmth, shows that Roblox, the first share of the Won-Cosmos, fell close to 10 per cent as a result of poor performance last May and is now close to 60 per cent from the historical heights.
而在国内，元宇宙相关概念股也陆续熄火，其中参与VR/AR智能硬件制造的“果链”代工大厂歌尔股份，其股价也较年初下跌近40%。
At the domestic level, the dollar universe-related conceptual units are also running out of fire, as are the Gore shares of the “fruit chains” made by VR/AR smart hardware, which also fell by almost 40 per cent from the beginning of the year.
接过元宇宙大旗的，是另一个互联网概念Web3.0，从今年开始，与元宇宙有关的融资事件开始出现明显下降，相反，Web3.0却越来越受大机构青睐。
After taking over the flag of the Yuan cosmos, another Internet concept, Web3.0, , began to experience a marked decline in funding events related to the metacosystem from this year onwards. Instead, Web3.0 is becoming increasingly popular with large institutions.
据CB Insights数据显示，去年全球Web3.0相关领域的投资金额合计约为249亿美金，今年仅第一季度也达到了约92亿美金，Web3.0相关的投融资规模正在持续增加。
According to CB Insights, the total value of global investments in Web3.0-related areas last year was approximately $24.9 billion, and this year alone reached about $9.2 billion in the first quarter of the year, and the scale of Web3.0-related investments is steadily increasing.
“Web3.0将彻底改变人们未来的生活”， 类似的定义几乎在所有关于Web3.0的报道中都能看到，但最大的问题却是，媒体光抛出结论，却没有人来论证过程，到底Web3.0要如何改变世界？
“Web3.0 will radically change people's future lives”, a similar definition can be seen in almost all reports of Web3.0, but the biggest problem is that the media has come to conclusions, and no one has argued the process, and how exactly is Web3.0 going to change the world?
早在2014年，以太坊联合创始人加文·伍德就在自己的博客里提出了Web3.0的概念，他认为和Web1.0、2.0相比，在Web3.0下，用户对ID、内容、数据信息拥有自主权，用户的任何行为将不需要任何中间机构来帮助传递。
As early as 2014, Gavin Wood, the founder of Taiwan, introduced the concept of Web3.0 in his blog, arguing that under Web1.0 and 2.0, users have autonomy over ID, content and data information, and that any user's behaviour will not require any intermediary to help transmit it.
美国前货币监理所的代理所长Brian Brook对Web3.0给出的定义是“可读写，同时可拥有”。如果说1.0只能读信息，2.0可读写、书写信息，3.0则是可读、写，并拥有信息。
Brian Brooks, the Acting Director of the former Monetary Supervisory Authority of the United States, defines Web3.0 as “readable, and at the same time possess”. If 1.0 can only read, 2.0 can read, write and 3.0 can read, write and have information.
当下互联网正处于Web2.0时代，用户可以各大平台上自主地生产内容，即UGC（用户创造内容），而到了Web3.0的话，则会变成UGA（用户创造价值），最重要的是，我们自己创造的这份价值不再会被互联网巨头拿走，而是属于用户自己。
At a time when the Internet is in the age of Web 2.0, users can produce content autonomously on the main platforms, i.e., UGC (user creation of content), and when we get to Web3.0, it becomes UGA (user creation of value), and is above all that the value that we create will no longer be taken away by the Internet giants, but by the users themselves.
比如我们在互联网平台上发表一条视频、分享一首原创音乐，平台会为创作者提供一定的创作补贴或播放分成，但对比平台自身庞大的收入来看，创作者付出巨大时间、精力成本所获得的这点收入，便显得有点微不足道了。
For example, when we publish a video on an Internet platform and share a original music, the platform provides creators with a certain amount of creative subsidies or share, but when compared to the platform's own huge income, the income that the creators earn from the huge time and effort costs is a little bit insignificant.
创作者所制作的内容丰富了各大互联网平台，但获益最大的却并非创作者本身，除此之外，随着平台规模逐渐壮大乃至形成垄断，用户还要遭受大数据杀熟、隐私滥用、诱导广告等问题。
In addition to the content produced by the creators, which enriches the major Internet platforms but does not benefit most from the creators themselves, as the platforms grow in size and become monopolistic, users are subjected to problems such as stifling of big data, abuse of privacy, seduction of advertising, etc.
在这样的背景下，Web3.0似乎可以成为我们反击互联网平台的武器，以“去中心化”为核心，我们在平台上所产生的内容都属于自己，甚至可以自由买卖，我们也不用再沦为互联网平台的“打工人”，但这是不是就真的意味着我们可以“当家做主”？
Against this background, Web3.0 seems to be a weapon for us to counter Internet platforms, with “decentralizing” at their core. What we produce on platforms belongs to ourselves, even free to trade, and we don't have to become Internet platform strikers anymore. Does that really mean that we can “take the lead”.
对于大家最为关心的商业化问题，目前已经有不少平台作出了尝试。比如Mirror，一个Web3.0博主创作平台，任何用户都可以在这里发表自己撰写的内容，平台也允许用户将作品的特定“版权”出售给关注者。
There have been attempts at commercialization, which is of most concern to all. For example, Mirror, a web 3.0-based creative platform where any user can publish his own writings, and the platform allows users to sell specific “licensings” of their work to interested people.
还有Web 3.0众筹平台，去年11月，苏富比拍卖行准备拍卖《美国宪法》的初版印刷本，估价大概在2000万美元左右，一般来说，这种“天价藏品”一般人可是参与不了的。
There is also the Web 3.0 public fund-raising platform, and in November last year the Sufubi auction house was ready to auction out the initial printed version of the United States Constitution, which was estimated to be around $20 million, and this “day-priced collection” is generally unattainable.
但却有人在区块链上搞起了众筹，用户只要向这个组织捐钱，就能对应拿到一种名叫people的虚拟币，如果能成功拍下藏品的话，成员可以凭手中持有的people币来投票，决定这件文物去哪儿展览，门票如何收费，甚至参与分红。
However, there are people who raise money on the block chain, and users who donate money to this organization will be able to access a virtual currency called People, and if they succeed in filming the collection, members can vote with the people's money in their hands to decide where to go in the exhibition, how to charge the tickets, or even be part of the bonus.
而最为人熟知的商业模式，还有国内不少互联网巨头都有份参与的NFT（非同质化代币），如腾讯、阿里、网易、字节等均已推出了带有自己公司或产品印记的NFT，腾讯和阿里还分别上线了幻核APP和鲸探两大NFT交易平台。
The most well-known business models, as well as NFTs (non-homogenous tokens) in which many of the country's Internet giants have been involved, such as tweets, Alis, Internet access, bytes, etc., have introduced NFTs bearing the marks of their own companies or products, tweaks and Ali have also been online on two major NFT trading platforms, namely, the Mirified Nuclear APP and the Whaling.
此外，腾讯还和淡马锡、Mirae Asset等国际资本一起，投资了一家基于Web3.0技术的游戏初创公司Immutable 。
In addition, Tetsu invested in Immutable, a start-up company based on Web3.0 technology, with international capital such as Leatsi and Mirae Asset.
从这些动作来看，相较于一直在建设基础设施的元宇宙来说，Web3.0在商业变现上的速度似乎更快，毕竟，元宇宙提出的“虚拟即现实”目前仍无法实现，大部分公司也只是通过介入诸如AR/VR设备来参与元宇宙概念。
From these movements, Web3.0 seems to be moving faster in terms of commercial realization than the metacosystem that has been building infrastructure. After all, the “virtual reality” offered by the metacocosystem is still unattainable, and most companies are simply involved in the metacosystem concept by intervening, for example, with AR/VR devices.
但是，也有不少大佬认为，揭开高大上的外衣，Web3.0也仍只是一个“营销概念”，像上述提到的博客平台和众筹平台，除了将交易货币换成NFT之外，便似乎没有别的创新了。
However, there are also a number of big men who believe that the lifting of the high top is still just a “marketing concept” and that there seems to be no innovation beyond replacing the transactional currency with the NFT, such as the blogs and crowds platforms mentioned above.
特斯拉CEO马斯克便曾连发多条推特来表达他对互联网未来以及Web3的困惑，他更表示：“（Web3.0）不是真实的，更像是营销术语。”
Tesla CEOmask sent several tweets expressing his confusion about the future of the Internet and Web3, adding: “Web3.0” is not real, more like a marketing term.”
前Twitter CEO 多尔西则直接抨击Web3.0，他表示：“加密用户并不拥有web3.0，风投和他们的有限合伙人才是拥有者，Web3.0不会脱离他们设定的激励机制。”
The former CEO, CEO Dorsey, who directly criticized Web3.0, said: “The encryption users do not own web3.0, the winddrops and their limited partners are the owners, and Web3.0 will not be separated from the incentives they set up.”
相较之下，机构则更看好Web3.0，高盛认为，在Web3.0框架下，互联网行业趋势将发生巨大的变化，当今科技巨头的生存空间可能受到威胁。
By contrast, institutions look better at Web3.0 and Goldman Sachs believes that the trends in the Internet industry will change dramatically in the context of Web3.0 and that the space for survival of today's technological giants may be threatened.
而一直看好元宇宙的扎克伯格，则表示会继续看好Web3.0的前景，并称会致力于建构一个集结公链、钱包、去中心化交易、Web3.0等各层面于一体的跨链生态系统。
Zuckerberg, who had always looked after the universe, said that it would continue to look at the future of Web3.0 and that it would work to build a cross-chain ecosystem that integrates the public chain, wallets, decentralized deals, Web3.0 and so on.
如此看来，科技大佬跟投资机构对Web3.0是各有各的想法，那对于我们普通投资者而言，又该相信谁呢？
So, the big tech guy and the investment agency have different ideas about Web3.0, and who should we trust for our ordinary investors?
事实上，在Web3.0尚未完全成熟的时候，盲目看好，或者直接看空，其实都不是正确的选择，因为这将取决于你将采用哪种商业模式，通过Web3.0交易哪些东西，到底是投资还是投机。
In fact, when Web3.0 is not yet fully mature, blindness, or direct emptiness, is not the right choice, as it will depend on the business model that you will adopt, what is traded through Web3.0, whether it is investment or speculation.
假如我们选择投机的话，则很可能会掉入被“割韭菜”的陷阱。就以NFT交易来说，“疯狂”了一年之后，NFT市场的泡沫似乎正在被戳破。
If we choose speculation, it is likely that we will fall into the trap of being cut. In the case of the NFT deal, one year later, the bubble in the NFT market seems to be being broken.
在NFT热度高涨的去年，虽然不少大厂均纷纷布局NFT市场，但为了贴合“数字收藏品”的监管要求，大厂旗下的NFT主要以收藏或者品牌宣传为主要目的，因此会极力限制藏品流转。

From the point of view of speculation, it seems that NFT will not rise, and once the Internet giant suspends the second-tier NFT deal, is there a future for Web3.0?
但其实换个角度来看，如果将时间倒退20年，当时我们看待互联网平台，是不是也像现在我们看待Web3.0一样，不少人认为所谓的平台经济根本不可能持久，但现在来看，互联网经济却真切地改变了我们的生活模式。
But in a different way, if we look back 20 years and look at Internet platforms as we see Web3.0 now, many believe that the so-called platform economy is simply not sustainable, but now the Internet economy really changes the way we live.
当Web3.0这个新概念能够走出币圈，走出炒作，甚至走出资本，谁又知道它会不会走出一条独特的创新之路呢？
Who knows when the new concept of Web3.0 can get out of the currency, out of the game, out of capital, and out of a unique path of innovation?
去中心化、区块链以及人工智能的确都是当下最火热的概念，也是未来科技发展的趋势之一，不必盲目看好或看空Web3.0，毕竟距离它真正地走到我们用户的面前还有不少的时间，不妨让子弹再飞一会。
Decentralization, block chains and artificial intelligence are indeed the hottest concepts of the moment and one of the trends in future technological developments. Web3.0 does not have to be blind or blind. After all, there is still a lot of time before it really gets to our users, so let the bullets fly.
