BIM与PM集成应用,是通过建立BIM应用软件与项目管理系统之间的数据转换接口,充分利用BIM的直观性、可分析性、可共享性及可管理性等特性,为项目管理的各项业务提供准确及时的基础数据与技术分析手段,能够提升项目综合管理能力和管理效率。
BIM and PM integration applications are designed to enhance project integrated management capacity and management efficiency by establishing a data conversion interface between the BIM application and the project management system, making full use of BIM's visual, analytical, shared and manageable features to provide accurate and timely basic data and technical analysis for project management operations.
BIM与数字化加工集成,意味着将BIM模型中的数据转换成数字化加工所需的数字模型,制造设备可根据该模型进行数字化加工。目前,主要应用在预制混凝土板生产、管线预制加工和钢结构加工3个方面。

BIM与区块链进行集成的情况下,BIM模型让拥有者和后来的使用者都无法进行删除和更改模型的相关信息,保证了项目的透明性,从而预防腐败和纠纷。通过区块链技术可以对不同专业模型的甚至每一个构件赋予专有的归属,通过区块链技术解决知识产权的纠纷问题。一个工程中不同的参与方,通过区块链技术可以驱动工程各参与方主动为模型更多数据,从而更能利用好BIM技术。
BIM integrated into the block chain, the BIM model prevented corruption and disputes by making it impossible for owners and later users to delete and modify information relevant to the model, ensuring transparency of the project. Through block chain technology, it could assign exclusive ownership to each and every component of the different professional model, resolving intellectual property disputes through block chain technology. Different participants in a project, through block chain technology, could drive engineering participants to proactively generate more data for the model, thereby making better use of BIM technology.
BIM大数据可以填补目前智慧城市中城市建筑、城市规划、基础设施等方面的数据空白,为整个智慧城市的管理带来极大的变革。
BIM与云计算、物联网、大数据、AI、虚拟现实、GIS、PM等等的新技术新科技的跨界联合,使得原本比较“平庸”,火起来后回归于平静的BIM,再次迅速踏上了用高科技武装自己的路。新技术的高速发展,让建筑创新也让建造变得智慧。这些新技术俨然已经成为领航BIM的崭新的风向标。
