在当天的发布会上，百度还首次发布了《百度区块链白皮书1.0》以及百度的超级链系统——XuperChain，并宣布度链公司落户海南。百度区块链的一些落地业务将陆续在度链公司开展运作，该公司也是百度目前唯一的区块链业务公司。
