【中关村在线新闻资讯】10月11日消息，继中国韩国的监管部门之后，俄罗斯央行也要对比特币下手了。近日俄罗斯央行第一副行长Shvetsov在接受采访时表示，俄罗斯方面将封禁提供比特币的相关网站，这对于比特币的发展或许又是一次重创。
事实上，俄罗斯方面一直对于比特币采取一个比较开放的态度。不过此次进行封禁，很有可能是俄罗斯希望能够组建自己的电子货币，之前就有俄罗斯的高官提出了“虚拟卢布”的概念。在路透社放出这一消息之后，比特币的价格出现了小幅下跌的情况。
The Russian side has, in fact, been more open to Bitcoin. But it is likely that Russia will be able to form its own electronic currency, after Russian high-ranking officials introduced the concept of “virtual rubles”. Following Reuters's release, Bitcoin prices fell slightly.
虽然此前比特币市场遭遇了重大的冲击，不过最近比特币市场正在强势反弹。CoinDesk本周一给出的数据显示，比特币价格最终报收4623.56美元，涨幅0.58%。这一价格也是比特币价格一个月之内首次重返4600美元。

By the first half of September, Bitcoin had a global regulatory problem, so bitcoin prices fell by more than 30% over 15 trading days. However, after Bitcoin prices hit bottom, the price rebound service now reached 43%. Analysts predict that Bitcoin prices will continue to rise in the short term.
至于此次市场强势反弹的原因，分析人士认为市场意识到JP摩根分析师Dimon的话只是一家之言，并没有那么重要；而中国在全球数字货币交易中的份额早就“无足轻重”了。
As to the reasons for this strong rebound in the market, analysts argue that the market realizes that the words of JP Morgan analyst Dimon are just one word, not so important; and that China's share in global digital currency transactions has long been “deprived”.
