针对6月18日，Facebook发布的区块链项目Libra，马化腾在一则微信朋友圈中留言评价：技术都很成熟，并不难。就看监管是否允许而已。

目前，业内对Libra产生两种截然不同的态度：一类人认为Libra的发行目的是圈钱；另一类认为，Libra正在基于区块链技术做一件改变支付领域的大事。
At present, there are two distinct approaches to Libra within the industry: one considers that Libra was issued for the purpose of rounding up money; the other considers that Libra is doing a major change in the area of payments based on block chain technology.

某位曾与李笑来共事的连续创业者表示并不看好Libra。在他看来，Libra是Facebook用来圈钱的手段。与委内瑞拉去年发行的石油币一样，根本上就是想利用虚拟币来换钱，所谓的跨境交易更多的只是一个噱头，其实是一场骗局。
In his view, Libra was a tool used by Facebook to circle money. Like Venezuela’s oil coins issued last year, it was basically about using virtual currency in exchange for money, and the so-called cross-border transactions were more of a con.
