A lot of people think that in digital money circles, there's a lot of myths about one-night rich. Even if you don't know what a block chain is, you can make money when you buy it, and some think it's not the currency that makes the most money, then how is the money rich? Let's take a look at the details below.
What kind of game is it?
Most senders have similar reasons. They pay fast.
Credit financing, bets on the house, bets on the client, and the governor still borrows; VC financing, stories, spits and TS is still torn up.
What about coins? With 400,000 dollars for legal compliance, half a million dollars for a white paper and a website, one million dollars for domestic and foreign market announcements, and hundreds of millions of dollars. It's not easy to get 50 million dollars.
Two million at a cost of 50 million. I wouldn't sleep at 3:00.
That's when 50 million is in hand, and that's when you start thinking, that's 50 million in exchange for something.
"Oh, Token, it's just a piece of paper I've printed," and many young projecters think it's "for real money, don't buy fake money with real money" and then they're squeezing it.
After the exchange, the collapse of the reality will take place. Because the top 20 foreign currencies are largely unfaithful, first-marketers sell to earn a second-tier market price, and then go to Sokha’s next project.
The first option for the project side was to allow the currency to fall.
First stage down: Don't worry, it's just a technical adjustment. There's old, there's small, kneeling to the X Master Ladder.
The second phase of the fall: dog plowing, jumping and cutting the wrists live.
The third stage of the fall: the in-house approach was to come together, either to open the case, or to start smashing the office.
It was only then that the project party realized the terrible nature of the coinmen, who could move their tails like dogs when they sought their share of the investment, or walk into the office with the enemy fear while defending their rights.
The logic of the coin people is also interesting: the rich and the rich talk about power and responsibility, but the poor and the rich must be rich and poor. The ICO is illegal, making money and I leave, and I call the police if I don't.
So there's only the second option, the zipper, where 50 million Tokens were sold and sold back to the project side. The project side can't catch the plate, depending on the following three questions:
1. How many Tokens are released from the first level of the market (private market) to be sold?
20% or 30%? It's probably 90%, except in cases where there are too many coins to deliver. Each dollar wants others to be dead, but only to see it clearly, but the market's players are no longer big mothers, and the speed of Internet information flows dramatically shortens the cycle of a money tray.
2. How many options are available in the secondary market (exchange market)?
In the same way as in the case of coinmen, it is 50 coins without major credit, one that I buy in the secondary market, and one that gives me the opportunity to participate in private investment in the primary market, the latter of course. When every coinman thinks he or she can get his or her goods at a cheaper price, who's going to be in the secondary market?
Three. What is the price to be satisfied with?
Theoretically, as long as the money is not paid, the cost of the money is different from that of the project side, which may cost twice the cost of the project side because of the commission of about 50% of the money (the channel through which the currency participates in private collection). For example, the cost of the project side is 1 ETH vs. 1,000 Tokens, but the price of 1 ETH vs. 500 Token & mdash; & mdash; the cost of the project side is 1/1000 ETHs and the cost of 1,500 ETHs is twice the full.
The bigger setup is not this, but the ETH itself. When the projecters raise money, the money buys ETH to raise it to 8,000 yuan, and the ETH's vested interests start to sell it at higher heights. When the projecters want to sell it to their own Token lats, the prices of ETH quickly plunged to 2,500 yuan.
When the coinman asked for the bailout, it was 1 Token = 1/500 ETH = 16, while only 1 Token = 1/1000 ETH = 2.5. Woe, there's only one sixth left.
We are optimistic about assuming that the original fund-raising of $50 million would take $100 million, and that the cash flow from the project side would be as shown in the figure.
You think it's scrap paper, but it's a loan, and you think it's a profit, but it's a cash flow.
"Strong" II, how do these coins get rich?
After all, it must be the myth of a rich currency that attracts us to devote valuable time to research. After talking about the substance of the money in the currency chain, then it's about how rich it is.
Project participants
One of the projects raised money for the project at ETH-2000, sold it secretly at ETH 8,000, earning four times the renminbi and 12 times today’s ETH price. Even if the investor’s money was doubled back, he could still have 10 times as much left.
In other words, there is no difference between a P2P platform that uses fund-raising to fire futures. The only difference is in the regulation of the law, where there is a case for P2P futures, with a prison sentence of three to ten years.
It's a challenge to humanity, compared to the legal risks, to acquire enormous wealth per se. Not every rich projecter knows how he or she is rich, the publisher of a project, I saw a smooth face at the end of last year, and then a few months later in the video, it's full of faces. This is said to be due to the fact that ice skating is not toxic.
2. Sub-opinion
And the interesting thing is that the more advanced the investment, the less qualified the microscopic, the bovine, the mail card, the loan sales. The more the bottom, the better the investment, the higher the quality from the big investment, the trust, the entrepreneur, the VC. And, like any wealth-managed business, in theory, just sells financial products without taking risks.
The biggest problem in a previous generation’s run-off was not the loss of the money’s investors, but the chain reaction caused by the use of alternative investment funds to fill the pits under the duress of the next generation. A once amazing young girl already had money to play abroad, but exile could not return to the country, at a price that everyone would not be willing to bear.
Three. The coinman.
We in Beijing have a small Internet financial circle, and we still remember that last year a big sister in an exchange of gold, who started selling coins before all of us, is said to have made a lot of money.
When we talk together, friends laugh at themselves, and we're so good at finance that we don't make as much money as a customer to a sister. I say that markets are the most powerful, and if they don't reach the level, the money we make will be paid back to the market. We're still trying to convince her to sell all the money in exchange for the yuan. After selling it, we're also comforting her.
A few weeks ago, when I saw my sister send candy online (new online sales reward), I found out — & mdash; who couldn't help but kill all her family in the currency market, and was locked in deep and able to earn a living by sending a single piece of candy.
I truly respect the wealth and achievements of those who have gone bankrupt a few times, and it is difficult for the rich, who have entered and lacked in-depth thinking, to retain their wealth. On the fork in their lives, they always follow the judgment of others and expect to be lucky, and there is no cure for such fools!
The currency itself (e.g. bitcoin) provides the only absolutely fair global account that does not rely on central bookkeeping, and is of great value in terms of wealth storage and cross-border transfers. The currency itself has a broad future, perhaps an excellent way to obtain liquidity premiums for the best globalized firms, which will reduce the friction costs of traditional equity markets.
But it is certain that a truly high-quality firm cannot take the legal risk of raising money through the ICO until the encoded currency is recognized and widely used. This is a matter that needs no brain to understand, or why there is not a single dollar for the 3,000 listed companies in A’s stock.
The answer is self-evident: 99% of ICOs are now sold to the homeless with worthless air wrappings. This game of dog and dog dispersing has no winner.
Before giving out the coins, think of a few questions:
1. Whether the money obtained is profit-making or cash flow earned.
2. Will investors lose their share of the profits and their tears, or will they take the "social" to the door?
3. Why is it that, after Mr. Xu has so advocated the block chain, few of the real 700+ investment projects actually pay?
Can you judge the pattern of the industry after a year, or is it a blindfold run?
