10月18日，中国香港明星周星驰开通Instagram社交平台账号，首条动态便表示要亲自招聘web3人才。他在白板上写下“请人”，并在图片下附言：“在漆黑中找寻鲜明出众的Web3人才”。针对具体的人才要求，其写道：“熟悉Web3、有项目管理经验、有头脑又宅心仁厚”。
On October 18, China’s Hong Kong star, Zhou Star, opened the Instagram social platform account, and the first movement indicated that he would personally recruit the Web 3 talent. He wrote “Invite” on the white board and added, “Seek the visible Web3 talent in the dark.” He wrote, “Asssociately familiar with Web3 and experienced in project management, intelligent and well-intentioned”.
消息一出便引发了热烈讨论，Web3也随之被推至风口浪尖。
The news triggered a lively discussion, and Web3 was pushed to the tip of the mouth.
“Web3.0的起源很早。”独立国际策略研究员陈佳向《华夏时报》记者表示，大约在15年前，境外就有极为远见卓识的技术人员看到了上一代互联网的局限，并在境内各大风投圈内普及过这个超前理念。但直到最近这五年，国内关于Web3.0的讨论才真正流行，究其原因是因为国内技术进步与创新理念在近期才真正走到了互联网下一代发展方向上。
“Web3.0 is early in origin.” Chen Jia, an independent international strategy researcher, told the Washington Times journalist that some 15 years ago, highly visionary technicians outside the country saw the limitations of the last generation of the Internet and disseminated the idea in the country’s winds. But it was not until the last five years that the debate on Web3.0 was truly popular in the country, because technological progress and innovation in the country had only recently come to the next generation of the Internet.

一众明星争相入局
不止是周星驰，已经有越来越多的明星艺人入局Web3.0，NFT、元宇宙是其最为普遍的尝试。记者初步梳理发现，包括周杰伦、林俊杰、潘玮柏、刘畊宏等明星均持有NFT相关产品，其中，林俊杰更是在元宇宙世界豪掷12.3万美元购买虚拟地产。

中国信通院联合腾讯、欧科云链等产学研机构共同编写的《Web3.0前瞻研究报告》中描述，Web3.0是一场大型数字社会模拟实验，其潜在的技术价值、商业价值存在广阔的想象空间。如果说Web1.0和Web2.0是以信息为核心对象的信息互联网，其核心特征是信息与算法的交互，利用算法进行信息分发，从而实现信息流转趋向于“零”边际成本；那Web3.0就是以资产为核心对象的价值互联网，其核心特征是资产与算法的交互，利用算法来实现资产分发，从而实现资产流转趋向于“零”边际成本。
Web3.0 was described as a large digital society simulation experiment with potential technical and commercial values with vast imagination. If Web1.0 and Web 2.0 are information Internet, the core feature of which is the interaction of information with algorithms and the dissemination of information using algorithms to achieve “zero” marginal costs, then Web3.0 is the value Internet with assets at its core, the central feature of which is the interaction of assets with algorithms, and the use of algorithms to achieve asset flow towards “zero” marginal costs.
《报告》指出，Web3.0有望从技术、产业、经济三个维度变革升级互联网，催生全新共创共赢的商业模式，并构建互联网经济新范式，拓展数字经济新空间。Web3.0生态的关键技术环节包含数字资产（FT &NFT）、隐私增强计算、分布式自治组织（DAO）、社会化算力网络，以及链上数据分析和内容安全。

欧科云链研究院高级研究员蒋照生向《华夏时报》记者表示，Web3.0塑造了一个新的数字空间愿景，尝试构建一个用户和建造者共享产权的新型经济系统。其最大的特点就是去中心化理念，将原本属于互联网服务提供商的权力下放到用户手上。其表现为用户拥有他们的身份、数据和算法自主权，并且没有像Facebook这样的大平台负责储存和使用用户的数据，也不再需要通过账号和密码登录平台。
Chiang, a senior researcher at the Oco-Yun chain Institute, stated to the Washington Times that Web3.0 had shaped a new vision of digital space, attempting to construct a new economic system in which users and builders shared property rights. 同时，蒋照生也坦言，总体上看，国内Web3.0尚处于发展初期，技术应用并不成熟，业态也不完备，在这种情况下，Web3.0对去中心化、自由的强调背后，实则酝酿着不小的风险。
At the same time, Chiang is telling the truth that, in general, Web3.0 is still in its early stages of development, and that technological applications and practices are not yet adequate. In this case, the emphasis on decentralizing and freeness behind Web3.0 is creating considerable risks.
Web3.0迎投资热潮
值得注意的是，创投圈对于Web3.0概念并不陌生，但却在今年变得尤为炙手可热。数据显示，仅2022年上半年，与Web3相关的新建投资基金107支，总金额达399亿美元。除加密风险投资机构a16z、Paradigm外，红杉资本、高盛、IDG、高瓴等也在争相布局。

根据Gartner 在今年7月底发布的技术成熟度曲线分析报告显示，目前Web 3.0技术已经历了第一波创新高峰期，正在从“创新启动阶段”向“创新泡沫阶段”，技术体系逐步成型，市场热度较高，创业投资活跃。

据中国信通院统计，截至2022年6月，全球Web3.0相关投融资总金额约达1600亿美元，投资机构主要分布在北美和欧洲，北美地区以约733亿美元投资额处于全球领先地位，欧洲地区以约275亿美元位列第二。
According to the China Institute of Information and Communications Technology, as of June 2022, the total global Web3.0-related investments amounted to approximately $160 billion, with investment agencies mainly located in North America and Europe, with the North American region leading the world by about $73.3 billion and Europe by about $27.5 billion.
在寻找Web3.0爆点这个议题上，陈佳认为，中国很可能成为最有希望的国家。这是因为两方面。需求侧，中国目前有着全球最为庞大、最为活跃的Web3.0用户，且成长性极佳；而供给侧，Web3.0创新最为依赖的是技术试验场，欧美日韩在开发技术方面确实有独到之处但受限于国内Web3.0受众有限试验不足，近期大有被中国Web3.0新锐赶超的趋势，这些都是国际业界公认的事实，也是中国科技行业备受瞩目的真正原因。
On the subject of finding the Web 3.0 blast point, Chen Jia believes that China is likely to be the most promising country. This is because, on the demand side, China currently has the largest and most active Web 3.0 users in the world, with excellent growth rates; on the supply side, Web3.0 innovation is most dependent on a technology test site, while Europe, Japan and the United States do have unique features in technology development but are constrained by a limited number of tests at Web3.0 in their home countries, and the recent trend towards a new catch-up by China of Web3.0 is a well-recognized fact in the international community and a real reason for China’s high profile in the science and technology sector.
“随着多模态交互、人工智能、物联网和区块链等多种新技术的发展，正引领推动互联网进入Web3.0新发展阶段，众多行业和场景迎来变革升级的巨大发展机遇，每个细分领域孕育着万亿级市场规模，吸引众多企业和投资机构纷纷涌入。随着Web2.0红利的逐渐消失，Web3.0将成为未来十年最大的风口，各类典型落地应用涌现，并可能诞生下一代社交媒体、在线办公、网络购物和游戏平台等。”天使投资人郭涛在接受《华夏时报》记者采访时表示。

With the gradual disappearance of the Web 2.0 dividend, Web3.0 will be the biggest attraction in the next decade, with typical landing applications emerging, with the possibility of the next generation of social media, online office, Internet shopping, and game platforms.
华泰证券发布的研报指出，过去一年，以去中心化为核心的Web 3.0概念走入大众视野。加密市场在宏观政策变化下经历了冲高后又跌落的激荡沉浮，引发市场对加密资产风险的重新审视。Web 3.0目前仍处于“头部应用引领，小众用户参与”的早期阶段。展望未来，Web3.0需要创造真正的经济价值才有望超越现有投机主导的生态，走上良性、健康的发展路径。
Web 3.0 is still in the early stages of “head-up application leadership, small user involvement.” Looking ahead, Web3.0 will need to create real economic value in order to be able to move beyond the existing speculative-led ecology to a virtuous and healthy path of development.
