代理個人客戶上海黃金交易所競價交易業務，指我行以上海黃金交易所金融類會員的代理資格，為符合本產品參與條件的個人客戶提供參與上海黃金交易所交易的渠道，根據客戶委托進行貴金屬現貨和延期合約的交易，并代理個人客戶進行資金清算、保證金管理和提出現貨等的業務。詳見附件產品文件。
The agency's client, the Shanghai Gold Exchange, is an agency member of the financial class of the Shanghai Gold Exchange, which provides a channel for individuals who meet the requirements for participation in the Shanghai Gold Exchange to participate in transactions on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, commission transactions on the basis of their clients for the sale of precious gold and the extension of contracts, and act on behalf of their clients for the liquidation of funds, the administration of guarantees, and the presentation of cash, among other things. 延期交收合約采用保證金交易形式，我行對客戶要求的保證金比例=上金所對中國銀行要求的保證金比例×中國銀行保證金比例乘數（“中行比例乘數”），目前暫定為黃金延期合約225%，白銀延期合約200%；我行對客設定強平線來確定客戶風險等級，目前暫定為140%。我行有權在上金所規則范圍內根據上金所規則、合約實際流動性及在其認為適當的其他情形下調整交易品種和合約的參數。
The extension of the contract is in the form of a bond transaction, and the ratio of the bond I demand from the client = the ratio of the bond required from the upper bank in China – the ratio of the bond in the Chinese bank (the “medium-line ratio multiplier”) – is now provisionally set at 225 per cent for the gold extension and 200 per cent for the silver extension; I have set a strong line for the client to determine the client’s risk level, which is currently set at 140 per cent. I have the authority to adjust the transaction types and contractual parameters within the upper-money rule, the liquidity of the contract and other circumstances that I consider appropriate.

本產品項下現貨實盤合約交易的風險等級為中等風險（R3）；延期交收合約交易的風險等級為高風險（R5）。本產品適用于年滿18周歲、具有完全民事行為能力且具備相應風險承受能力和專業知識的個人客戶。客戶敘做本產品之前，應接受我行的個人風險承受能力和專業知識測試等評估。
The risk level for real-estate transactions under this product is medium risk (R3); the risk level for deferred transactions is high (R5), and this product is suitable for personal clients who are 18 weeks old, fully capable of civil behavior and equipped with professional knowledge to cope with risks. Clients should accept my own assessment of personal risk tolerance and professional knowledge tests before making their own product.

Investors are involved in the Shanghai Gold Exchange through our online banking, mobile banking, and E-Multiport (Plus-based APP) channels.
交易時間
1.本產品的交易時間與上金所一致。上金所的連續交易時間為：
The transaction time for this product is the same as for gold.
周一至周五夜間：20:00—次日02:30
Monday to Friday night: 20:00 - next day 02:30
周一至周五白天：09:00—15:30
Mon–Fri Day: 0900–15:30
夜間交易逢下一日為法定節假日時休市。
The night trades take place on the next day, when the official holidays are celebrated.
每個交易日首場交易開市前十分鐘(周一至周五夜間19:50-20:00，節假日后的第一個交易日為早間8:50-9:00)，為延期合約集合競價時間。其中前九分鐘為集合競價報單時間，后一分鐘為集合競價撮合時間。
Ten minutes before the opening of each trading day (19:50-2000 on Monday to Friday night, the first day after the holiday is 8:50-9 p.m.) and the bid period for the renewal of the contract. The first nine minutes of the contract were for the campaign and the second for the bidding.
2.實際交易時間以上金所的系統時間為準。如因國家法定節假日等因素，上金所將根據相關規定調整交易時間，將以其在官方網站(www.sge.com.cn)發布的交易時間為準。

鑒于本產品存在損失全部投資資金甚至發生更大損失（導致客戶損失全部投資資金之后，對我行仍有支付義務）的可能性，客戶應確認其參與本產品交易活動的資金損失將不會對客戶的個人財務狀況和生活產生重大影響，否則，客戶不適合也不應敘做本產品交易。在敘做本產品交易之前，客戶應了解產品的具體情況，應確保已認真閱讀并充分理解上海黃金交易所的相關交易規則以及我行的相關業務規定，自愿開展相關交易，并同意承擔全部風險。
Given the potential for this product to lose all of its investment, and even greater losses (which, after causing the client to lose all of its investment, still have an obligation to pay), clients should be satisfied that the loss of money from their participation in this product trading activity will not have a significant impact on the client’s personal financial situation and life, or that the client will not be fit to deal with the product. Before doing so, clients should know the specifics of the product and ensure that they have read it carefully and fully understood the relevant trading rules of the Shanghai Gold Exchange and the related business rules of my business, open the transaction voluntarily and agree to assume the full risk.
