当前，我国医疗信息化已经进入快速发展阶段。而新冠疫情的爆发更加速了各项技术融入医疗领域的进程。数据时代已来，医疗行业向智慧化、数字化转型已经成为必然趋势，如何利用信息化手段加强医院服务管理水平、提升服务质量，已经成为医疗行业谋求长足发展的关键。

大数据可信实验室主任马楠发表了精彩演讲，她介绍道：“医疗物联网是指以智能的物联网和通讯技术连接居民、病人、医护人员、药品以及各种医疗设备和设施，支持医疗数据的自动识别、定位、采集、跟踪、管理、共享，从而实现对人的智能化医疗和对物的智能化管理。”针对该模式下的信息安全问题，她表示应做到以下四点：

5G+医疗，智慧化和安全性一个不能少

中国信通院中部数据中心副主任王鹏在《5G时代下的智慧与信息安全》主题演讲中表示，目前我国的医疗行业信息化正处于从互联网医疗到智慧医疗的过渡阶段，以5G作为重要支撑手段的智慧医疗体系正在形成。他认为，5G与云计算、人工智能等基础技术融合，可构建或优化大量医疗应用与服务，助力医疗快速迈进智慧化新模式，但在此过程中仍存在多样化的安全威胁。如何提高医疗行业网络安全保障能力呢？王鹏给出以下几点建议：

2.建立医疗行业基于5G网络安全和态势感知平台，或统一接入省级态势感知平台；

2. Establishment of a 5G web-based security and situational awareness platform for the medical sector, or unified access to the provincial situational awareness platform;

3.基于区块链去中心化安全管理模型（从原来主机+备份服务器或主机+异地容灾机制向区块链模式转变）；

3. A decentralised security management model based on block chains (shifting from the original mainframe + backup server or mainframe + off-site response mechanism to block chain mode);

4.建立可信化的5G网关，（即基于AI架构的通信网关，并在该网关上增加FPGA的安全芯片）。
